SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We ship to most addresses within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us for details at contact@mushroomorbit.com. 

  2. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  3. Standard shipping times range from 3-7 business days within the US and 7-14 business days for international orders.

  4. For expedited shipping options, please contact us at contact@mushroomorbit.com. There will be additional fee based on your location.

  5. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.

  6. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

  2. To initiate a return, please email contact@mushroomorbit.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Once refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

  4. In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us at contact@mushroomorbit.com for further assistance.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
